To Upper Wharfedale (Dales Way) - Grassington, Kettlewell and Buckden

Weekdays: Bus 280/X80 from Clitheroe to Skipton for bus 72 from Skipton Bus Station to Rylstone, Grassington, Hebden, Kettlewell and Buckden

Summer Sundays: Bus X80 from Clitheroe to Skipton for bus 66A from Skipton Bus Station to Cracoe and Grassington

To Malhamdale – Gargrave, Airton, Kirkby Malham and Malham (Pennine Way) 

Weekdays: Bus 280/X80 from Clitheroe to Skipton for Skipton -Carlisle/ Morecambe train service to Gargrave or bus 580 from Skipton Bus Station to Gargrave

Monday to Fridays (afternoons only): Bus 280/X80 from Clitheroe to Skipton then Postbus P8 and 210 from Skipton Bus Station to Malham

Summer Saturdays and Sundays: Bowland Transit Bus B10 from Clitheroe to Settle for connection onto Dalesbus 809 for Malham Tarn and Malham

Saturdays: Bus 280/X80 to Skipton to catch bus 843 to Airton and Malham. 

To Ribblesdale (Pennine Way, Dales Way, Ribble Way, Pennine Bridleway) – Hellifield, Long Preston, Settle, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Ribblehead and Garsdale 

Weekdays: Bowland Transit Bus B10 from Clitheroe Interchange to Settle or bus 280/X80 to Skipton for Settle-Carlisle line from Skipton (Bus 113 weekdays from Garsdale Station to Hawes)

Summer Sundays: Lancashire DalesRail service from Preston and Clitheroe direct to Settle, Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Dent (4½ miles 7km from village) Garsdale and Kirkby Stephen

To the Western Dales  - Giggleswick, Austwick, Clapham and Ingleton

Weekdays: Bus 280/X80 to Skipton to connect with Skipton-Morecambe line for Hellifield, Long Preston, Giggleswick and Clapham (NB Clapham Station is 1¼ miles (2km) – from village).

Weekdays: Train to Blackburn and Preston for Lancaster to connect with bus 80/81 from Lancaster to Ingleton

To Dentdale and Sedbergh

Weekdays: Train to Kendal, then Bus 564 to Sedbergh; limited onward bus service to Dent village Wednesdays and Saturdays only.

Summer Sundays: Lancashire DalesRail train from Clitheroe direct to Dent (4½ miles 7km from village), Garsdale and Kirkby Stephen.

To Swaledale - Richmond, Reeth, Gunnerside, Muker, Thwaite and Keld

Weekdays: train from Preston to Leeds then TransPennine Express train to Darlington for bus 27, X27, 28, X28 from Darlington Station to Richmond, then service 30 for Reeth, Gunnerside, Muker and Keld.

To Wensleydale - Leyburn, Middleham, Aysgarth, Redmire Askrigg, Castle Bolton, Bainbridge and Hawes

Weekdays: train to Manchester then TransPennine Express to Northallerton for bus 156/7 from Northallerton Station to Leeming Bar (for Wensleydale Railway), Bedale, Leyburn (connection with 159), Redmire, Castle Bolton, Askrigg, Aysgarth, Bainbridge and Hawes.

To Wensleydale - Leyburn, Middleham, Aysgarth, Redmire, Askrigg, Castle Bolton, Bainbridge and Hawes

Weekdays: train to Manchester then TransPennine Express train to Northallerton for bus 73 to Leeming Bar (for Wensleydale Railway) and Bedale for connecting bus 156/157 to Leyburn (weekday connection with bus 159 for Middleham, Masham and Ripon), Redmire, Castle Bolton, Askrigg, Aysgarth, Bainbridge and Hawes.

To Washburn Valley - Blubberhouses

Weekdays: Bus 280/X80 from Clitheroe to Skipton for bus X59 from Skipton via Bolton Bridge to Blubberhouses and Harrogate
